Got tires installed from here at the end of April because the price was reasonable. A $252 tire job almost cost me a greater repair. Whoever work on my car from here left a tire loose and almost damage my hub. Thankfully my car didn't get damage greatly nor did I get into an accident. A reasonable price does not matter if the quality of service is poor.

I purchased rims, $125/rim, from this shop while I was in a difficult situation after hitting several potholes and being unable to find replacements elsewhere. When I called, I was told they had just received a set of aftermarket rims described as “spare/snow rims,” and I was assured they would be suitable for long-term use. I was also told they would be good to keep if I decided to switch back to factory Toyota rims in the future. However, within two weeks, the rims began to rust. When I contacted the shop to ask about this, I was told that I should have expected it because they were “spare/snow rims,” and that I would need to paint them to prevent rust. I’m disappointed that this was not clearly explained at the time of purchase. Had I known they would rust so quickly I would have considered other options. I will not purchase anything from here again.

Phenomenal customer service and the best quality products. Most genuine people to deal with your car rims and tires. Joe and Jesse have my appreciation and respect and will be back again.

The guys at Mr. Auto are great! Mike and guys really are knowledgeable about their craft. Quick and very nice. They had no problems with the custom rims on my jeep! I appreciate the great service I received. I will be back!! Also just had the tire sensors done on my Equinox. Very pleased with the professionalism of Al and the guys! All my tire needs will be done by Mr. Auto going forward! Thanks guys! 😉👍

My experience was excellent. Mike gave me great advice on wheels and tires. I wanted something still luxury and aggressive at the same time. Didn't want to sacrifice ride quality. Went from 18" to 20". My car still rides amazing and maybe a little better thanks to Mike's recommendation! Also my wife, most importantly, was concerned about the 20's and the tires, but now Loves them both ! Thanks Mike
